Using the latest recommended drivers. Drivers don't seem to effect the freezing

Blew it out, still no luck. The freezing continues....

The CPU and GPU temps are normal, but I'll take some canned air to it anyways and see if that helps...

Well it's working, but I'm not sure what I did. I just took it all apart and put it back together. Maybe the cpu just wasn't seated perfectly?
