I've done a number of traceroutes. When the site is up and when it's down. There are two completely different routes. First is when it's up and second is when it's down. They are always the same...

I've tested with my regular, rarely used but up to date Chrome browser that has AdBlockPlus and the same thing happens whether or not it's disabled.

I still get it at home. If I check this thread say four times a day it's down one out of every 6 tries... last time was yesterday afternoon.

The mod panel is still totally active. There are even a few DuckDNS posts awaiting moderation. I just banned a bot LOL.

I've manually updated all of them and it now seems ok. I don't use Fanboy's annoyance list and that was one of the problematic ones.

Follow up:
It's still blocking some sites from loading.. like Twitter and my Bank login page.
Also it was the reply to Ge Ka not harvey rabbit in the above first link.

As of this am, 17/7 uBlock is preventing many popular websites from loading properly. I'm using Chrome based Vivaldi browser and others using just Chrome itself have mentioned the problem here to...
