As you stated CCleaner gets rid of the junk that builds up in your system. I have never heard it advertised as anti-spyware or anti-virus. CCleaner may get rid of some weak spyware in your cookie...

I use kerio 2.1.5 from back in the day... it tells me when a program has changed and even let me know that svchost changed after i installed sp3 for xp. I also use my hardware firewall in the router....

In IE7, go to file, then Import and Export... and then follow the prompts. Choose your pen drive, and there you go... :)
