I had to switch from Firefox to Opera 9 because of freezing issues while the browser was loading a lot of images in a tab. It wouldn't lock up completely, just freeze for a few seconds then work...

I am using Opera 9 right now, since Firefox decided to freeze up for 2-4 seconds then go back to normal while loading images on dial-up which got really annoying.

Opera 9.21 has been really good...
