Since you mentioned moving the monitor helped, how is the room temp and ventilation? Try leaving the case cover...

Just reading thru all this it appears the only thing you haven't replaced is the hard drive.

I have a 1G Tbird on an Iwill kk266 board, same case & ps. The only real difference I saw was you also have a cd/rw.
