OK,,Heres my problem,,,PC was running Normal on Windows XP Home edition,,,untill I downloaded Service Pack 3 from Microsoft update site,,,on the reboot it will not reboot,,,All I get is " ERROR...

I have been using 2 different motherboards with integrated graphics and TV out,,,Abit VA-10,,,about $55.00 @ Newegg and also Asus A7n266-VM about the same price as Abit,,both boards are reliable....
