They sound like they are just reversed. It is common for temps to be mislabeled. Use the CPU like with seti@home or a CPU burn program and the temp that goes up is the CPU.

Try setting the multipier from "Auto" to 12.5. then set the FSB to 133....Maybe it's unlocked.
