On the old computer you can run migwiz to back each profile and run migwiz on the new system to import this should work for you

A built in little function of XP is migwiz. This will back up all therpersonal settings and you can tell it what else to backup. Then in the new profile you and import it with migwiz

Was Windows 2000 working fine in the other computer?
If so you can not transfer the Hard drive from one work station to another with out cleaning out some of the registry keys.

Try with just mem cpu and video
Try known good ram
Try a different cpu that is know as good
reset the Bios
Try difffernt video car PCI or AGP

I just went to that website and some of the pics on it did come up with red X, It looks like there is a problem with there webpages and the pics arnt loading from the server
