Grokster installs CyDoor or whatever its called(uses cd_clint.dll) without your permission. Get rid of the dll and grokster breaks. Its as bad as Kazaa.

Unless you plan on dual booting, NTFS is the way to go. Its just better than FAT32 on so many levels.
