As mentioned, the true underlying bus speed is 133Mhz. The term 266 is somewhat inaccurately applied since there are 2 signals per clock cycle. The 33 is the PCI bus speed (33MHz).

The A7S333 doesn't support 166MHz FSB so it's not going to support the XP2800. You won't have much success trying to OC the m/b either, since there's no 1:5 divider.

Good reliable, I would recommend an Intel m/b (865 or 875 chipset). My second choice would be ASUS, same chipsets.
