Lol no it isn't i don't think, future mark create all the tests themselves, there pretty [*-deleted word-*] cool tho.
OH and on the note of ur MX420 i have also had at first hand now [*-deleted word-*] they really are Lol.
Geforce 2 Mx On steriods :)

To save confusion, all the Futuremark tests are commissioned in house, and to date no games have been produced using the Futuremark senarios. They are there to represent the effects you can get in well made and well written games.
I think the aquanox test may be from a game, or is going to be a released game.:)
yes it is a real game and the bench mark program is aquamark
fizur how is your score so high?
ATI Radeon 9800 PRO 128mb (425.25/364.50)
Asus a7n8x Deluxe REV2.0
amd 2500+ 200x11@3200
SCORE: 6211
seeing how i overclocked my 9800pro i got 7382.
ehhh i still dont understand how u got yours so high tho? my overclocks about the same as yours :(
new score: 6296
Ati radeon 9800 PRO (432/364.50)
fizur what drivers are you using?
im using Catalyst 3.7 drivers
AH see and at one point sum 1 said gettin 8000, was bull**** i rest my caseQuote:

Im using the 3.8 cats
that was me sir that said it was bull.........:)
i guess its improved with cat 3.8's?
slightly improved.
owell im satisfied with beating ya on 3dmark01 :)
well your cpu is a little more overclocked than mine so yes yours is going to be a little higher on the 01 scores.
whats ya'lls 3dmark 2003 CPU score.

Sorry, I didnt get that you posted the CPU score.Quote:

My CPU score is 635 (XP 2700+@2403MHz). The CPU score at defaqult clock (2166MHz) is 577. For the overall score and my System see my post at page 35 and http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=626856
I dont understand, why you have a higher CPU score than I, althought I have a higher clock. Do you have a higher FSB (I have 178).
My FSB is 213 :r
I also have a higher FSB now, because I have new memory (2x512MB Infineon PC3200 instead of 2x256MB noname PC2700) but I didnt benchmark, because I am still testing. The highest clock speeds that were prime-stable for at least 6 hours were:Quote:

175x13.5 = 2363MHz
179x13 = 2327MHz
185x12.5 = 2313MHz
190x12 = 2280MHz
201x11.5 = 2311MHz
203x11.5 = 2334 MHz (only tested two hours)
I didnt test the other multipliers yet. I am still testing the 11.5 multi, it wasnt stable at 205MHz (crashed after about 13 1/2 hours) and I didnt test 11.5x204 yet. Maybe I will get more than 213MHz w/ the multi 11 or a lower multi.
YAY my first Benchmark
5236
P4C800 Deluxe
P4 2.6C @3124Mhz
Corsair XMS 3700 512MB
ATI 9800 Pro
Any one know away to get a higher score
:D I'm not satisfies I NEED MORE POWER:r :r
Is your RAM running in sync mode?Quote:

sync mode?
intel's dont get major performance hits from being ASYNC, usually you want to run your RAM and FSB sync with AMD processors
You are right, but the system gets a major performance hit, when the memory is running slower, so when the memory is on a lower speed than at default clock, he can get a major performance hit.Quote:

@Yoshi: sync means, that the memory runs at the same speed as the FSB.
so 800Mhz FSB and 466mhz ddr is ok right?
5843 marks
Intel 2.8C OC'd to 3.4 Ghz.
Asus P4P800
Corsair TwinX Dual Channel DDR Memory PC3200LLPT, 2, 3, 2, 5 timings, 194 Mhz (388 Mhz DDR).
Radeon 9800 AIW Pro
Yes: When your FSB runs at 800MHz QDR, it really runs at 200Mhz (it only has the performance, which an SDR bus would have at 800MHz), but when you run your CPU@3124Mhz, your FSB will not be 200MHz (800MHz QDR), it will be 240MHz (960MHz QDR). If your memory runs at 466MHz DDR, it really runs at 233MHz, so you have a memory:FSB ratio of 7/6 or 116,6%. If you use the same ratio on 240MHz FSB, you have your memory at 280MHz (560MHz DDR). So I am sure, that you dont use this ratio, when you oc, because no PC3700 memory runs at 280MHz. You can still run your memory at sync at 240MHz, because nearly every PC3700 memory goes up to 240MHz. If you run your memory faster than the FSB, you dont have any advantage in performance, because i.e. 400MHz DDR dual channel has the same data transfer rate as the 800MHz QDR bus.Quote:

7492...... 892 cpu score
New sytem 3.2@3447 for that test.
I will be playing a little more this week to see what I can max out at.
Had to go back to nvidia (5950 ultra) I couldn't get the 9800pro or XT to start-up the apple display:(
Have had it up to 4 gigs on air:)
Finished a test at pcpitstop at 3984.
I wonder, how someone can get over 40fps in every 3DMark03 test.
if they could it would be a great score
Wow...that thing must have been SMOKIN!:pQuote:

yes really smokin.....whats that I smell...lol
It was 2am my time room temp 54F all sides off case all fans on full.....cpu still hit 65+C....thermaltake xaser lll case
heres a link 997.3 fsb

I think that is a new record for air cooling. But how stable is it tho?
Normal use ok ....but to hot......no gaming way to hot.Quote:

Working on better cooling this week. waterchill or vaporchill depends on cash.
hahahaha
just looked at that lik you posted to PC Pitstop.....first line says....
'This is a fast system that should meet all your computing needs. You may be able to add a few upgrades or tweak some settings to improve performance and convenience. '
:D :D :D
:confused:
I dont think so!
I love that line
Did you see the site sponser?....comp-usa....lol
Like I would ever buy anything from them again.
The 9800xt that didn't work with my apple display.
Bought it from them tried to take it back two days later....had to fight with them for FOUR hours.....they wanted to charge me 15% re-turn fee!!...Like $75 for two days on something that didn't work!
What cooling and voltages did you use to get so high? How fast did you have your RAM?
