Help! Somehow now when I go to display properties then click desktop (winxp) it is now taking about 3 minutes to respond because all 2500 of my jpegs are showing up in the background area. I was letting a friend use my PC and now this is happening. Does anyone know how to "un do" this?

Move the JPGs in your "My Pictures" folder to another location. Make a new folder in My Pictures and name it "old pictures" or something. Move them there. You can manually browse to add any of the old pictures you want to use as a background.

Step 1- DON'T let your friend use your computer. Fixed! That was easy! :)
