Can MG 3550 only working in Administator-Account

Found out that Testpage will be printed after new driver and software was installed. so printer is ok. I also exchanged cable and switcher plug on pc. Non-Canon-inks were used. and one could use chip-resetter(only with original ones) since integrated printhead. but we never used.

In Standard-account when we print ink-menue is popping up telling to buy new ink. I am sure Canon is interferring see here:

Beside this:we have an MG 5150 where print-head is not integrated. Needs cleaning.

We will not alter a working system but i would like to know where to look at. yes we cleaned printer-spooler.

Didnt work eighter in Standardaccount with Admin.-rights! yes tried all kind of image-programs.
