File name "system" damaged or lacking-Winxp hangs

concerning c:\windows\system32\config\system file on winxp
Its on two winxp-drives(same pc) that i have the same problem. occured when i had static shocks-dry air-maybe contacted pc-parts(mine are fully open) or cables. PC freezed multiple time so i had execute a coold shut-down. reset or power-switch. is there an alternative to shutdown in this situation?

1. on first 500gb-drive i tried to repair this file by replacing it by a copy of system.sav save removed. does this file have an ending? it didnt show up

2. on second drive 320 gb. i tried a repair- first screen repair but i didnt know what to do anyway. when i had to reach the console there was a bluescreen anyway. before doing a full update i will give it another repair-trial. yes i will get replacement drives and will execute a new winxp-installation.
thinking about a slipstream-sp3-cd since i have only a sp2-cd.
on other drives there is chaos pur. a lot not working since its no sse2-processor and on one i made a sp2-update. no chance to install sp3 and the last rollup by winfutures. on one drive i even cannot install irfanview and no chance with ms security essentials. said goodbye. no chance with clamwin.
on one drive i could finally after a lot of trials reinstall netframework-updates.
have browser-crashes. yes last sites will be reloaded. nothing helped. chrome cannot be installed. another browser cannot open internet. or is much slower than firefox. comodo ice dragon.
FB is super slow plus crashes.
Time to switch to newer Winxp/win7-MOBO. just could get another replacement in germany.
for the first MOBO-GA-7N400 Pro2 i had no luck lately, an idiot from usa knowing that he saved me and needed quick shipping didnt check the brand he packed...return would cost more than the total amount. The same happened in germany with Asrock Alive -Dual eSata2(both are universal IDE/SATa-Raid-boards for AMDs)but there i didnt get one since i waited too long picking it up at the station. he had sold mine meanwhile. Life is not easy above all digital live. see my other thread about the double-pc-blackout. cold soldering points were the reason!
I WILL WIN AT THE END I AM SO SURE NOW SINCE I KNOW THE FULL TRUTH!

seems to be the solution. a bit complicated and i hope i can reach the console with K. before the bluescreen reappears.

first option is easy chkdsk /p

couldnt reach 1: c:\windows when entering "1" bluescreen appeared. hope i can solve with this:

two drives similar startproblems:
1a) could try to repair with chkdsk /r but unsuccessful. instead of using console to repair the files can i do that "online" from a working drive? damaged one on docking station.
1b) similar to second drive. repairing system. reason of damage was the same. cold shut down when pc freezed. after static discharge.

cannot do anything on drive with systemfile-problem. bluescreen when trying to reach console.

if i can reach console this is the solution:

on 500gb-system with this error: "CMDCONS\KDCOM.dll" couldnt be loaded- i tried repairing possibly detroyed registry-files with no luck. also chkdsk /r didnt help.
should i run chkdsk /r /f?
maybe only repair-installation will help.

cmdcons\kdcom.dll error 14
as i told chkdsk /r didnt help and /f didnt work in c:\windows at console.

chkdsk /p is the repair-command
Copying kdcom.dll to system32-folder was unsucessful regarding repair.
is a dell-winxp-cd.
maybe this file is needed elsewhere.
maybe using-cd-version?
have an old system-backup. sp3
if i make update it will fall back to sp2 and maybe the same updating problems like on other drives.
have actually only one working drive.
but i am now on netbook.
