I suspect that one has the definition files and one doesn't. Just run a2 updater.
Both website lists the size as the same but when U do the download then download.com pops up your download with 44.4 megs. I would think if the hippo is advertizing it at 12megs than that is the program not the update. How can U get an update to a program that you don't have installed yet.

You have to install the program first to download the definition updates. It's like antivirus or antispyware updates.
BTW: I have installed this program over 100 times.
If you did that, then you would notice that the signature files are about 40MB. Take that away and you're left with the core application, which comes out to around 12-15MB.
