Can't find the drivers for this pc model,

Heres the information that I have & I have been to the hp website with no luck.

Serial# CNX8131D80
System# KJ389AA-ABA

I can't find anything.

I couldn't find anything either... Does it run so that you could do the self detect?

SR5000 is the series. When I google KJ389AA-ABA, it brings up the Compaq Presario SR5433WM.
