good lord man,

wow that thing looks like a UPS, and a few months after you buy it (if you were bill gates), it will be half price :D
HOLY SHIZCAKES! It looks like it has about 20 GPU's inside of it.
... wouldn't it be ironic if Nvidia required a USB 2.0 connection as the hook up for that thing?
What are you supposed to connect it using? I mean on something like that usb2.0 will be the bottleneck. Only thing I could think of is a direct to PCIe16x adaptor that goes to a connector on the back of the case then that connects to the gpu box. only problem with that is long delays because of the distance.Quote:

That's going to have to be a huge PCIe housing for that thing to work. Just imagine the amount of data that thing is pumping. :x
Of course, you couldn't get away with purchasing just one. You have to take nVidia's suggestion and rack two of them side-by-side!
I'll have to start chipping away at my wife now. Perhaps in 20-30 years she'll let me buy it! They START at $17,500. I imagine the full-blown model would be around $30,000. Question is, which configuration would be better, dual $18,000 models, or a single $30,000 model?
Eh. I'll just get two of the best ones! I'll contract their usage out on the weekdays and just play games on the weekend. THEY'LL PAY FOR THEMSELVES!
Actually that was a real question. I hadn't read about the dual SLI part.Quote:
