so far i have bought 2 motherboards. one was for my first desktop and the P4VXASD2 for my new desktop. i have a pentium 4 - 2.4 ghz processor and it works very well with it. it hasn't given me any problems so far and i don't think it will judging from it's performance. it has all the features needed for a perfect system to work. i.e
2 usb ports external (2 additional available from inside)
lan/modem wake-up connectors
LAN connection port
game port
PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports
mic-in, line-out, line-in, cd-in ports
1 EPP/ECP parellal port
2 COM 9 pin serial ports
supports celeron, pentium 4
it has all the features that a person needs in order to make it a perfect system
2 THUMBS UP TO P4VXASD2

I am running the P4VXASD2+ with the VIA P4X333 and VT8235 board succesfully with 2x512MB PC2700 333 MHz of RAM, but my Intel P4 2.4MHz only shows as 1.8 MHz! Also, the SDRAM CMOS setting has 100, 133,166, and AUTO, should it go to 333? The illustration in the manual shows a 200 setting. And, the CMOS CPU-PnP section is LOCKED. It does not show the CPU speed, or allow any settings to be made.
Thanks for any info.
