I Found a Fix for Xp Problem!!! MX300 audio
Check this out if you on Diamond Mx300 Audio card with WinXp and you get clipping and odd sounds that don't have to be there, you know what im talking about!! then go to -->Control Panel -->Sounds and Audio Devices --> then click on Speaker Setting/ Advance there pick "Surround Sound Speakers" and restart you will have no more clipping.
Any thing other then "Surround Sound Speakers" have clipping the most are at 7.1 and 5.1.

Yea
I been fuc*ing with this since Xp came out & found this Buger (pissed me off like hell, i play my mp3's at 150watt), i did try all kinds of settings this one was the right one to cut the clipping to 100%, i don't have it any more at max volume so now we can say its not a audio card xp drivers or A3D driver bug (they made updates) its an 5.1 & 7.1 XP bug it self, i sent them an email about this so we will see.

Thanks, I remember those A3d drivers were great noticed better system performance using them than diamond's drivers.
