    CD-RAM Always open

    Its a minor problem but bugs me....My CD drawer keeps opening after using the disk.....how do you keep the drawer closed???

    I guess you are talking about a CDR and it has an auto-eject set.

    Really we need to know if it is a CD, CDR, DVD...what operating system you are using and when the draw ejects.

    Alternativly tape always works well, but then you burn the motors out

    its a Creative CD5230E cd

    also what CD writing software ure useing. there's usually an option in the program to "not to eject the Cd after writing"
    but to read it . u'll have to open it and close it. before it can reaad the written Cd

    I hate the solution as much as the problem! Keep a disk in the CD and it satays closed...........so say the people from Creative
