    KG-7 raid BOOT PROBLEMS

I built a system using a KG-7 RAID motherboard . The dang thing will not start up again after a re-boot unless you quickly pull out/replace the power cord 2-3 times from back of the power supply. I thought it was the motherboard ....replaced it......... thought it might be the power supply...replaced that ........ any thoughts ????
