    FAKE BENCHMARKS

There is a new thing going around some where!! It is a program that fools programs such as sandra and cpuid.. You can make your computer get any score with most benching marking programs... Don't believe outrageous scores... 3d mark 2k is the only benchmarking tool out stated from tha place I read this that is not affected by this tool...
Ill look for the link so you can all read it

Where is the difference if someone benchmarks gets 3920 Mips (me) and writes 3950? All they are fooling is themselves - I mean what advantage do you get if you fake the scores by mind or program?

    Agreed.

All you have to do to get high score is drop your screen size to 320x200 at 256 colours and you'll get a stonking benchmark.

Are you really gonna play a game at that res?

    Kidding themselves, no one else.

How much do you trust a benchmark program, such as 3DMark2001, that has the AMD logo in the lower left corner of the splash screen. If I was an Intel owner, I'd be skeptical.

Actually it has the logo of whichever CPU you are running. Thus mine says, Intel P4 inside.
