MSI K7N420 Pro and AMD 1.2 MP chips

I have an AMD 1.2MP chip and was wondering if it would work with the MSI K7N420 Pro board?

Also, I usually buy retail CPUs as Im not up on my heatsinks/fans, so can someone recomend a quality hs/f that will work with this chip and motherboard at a reasonable cost (<$25). Also, I should be good for at least a XP 2000+.

Check out http://www.overclockers.com/ for an excellent hs/f roundup. Many good untis available that can handle an OC'ed Athlon.
