Pentium III Coppermine 1GHz temperature
Hi,
What temperature is considered normal for a Pentium III Coppermine 1GHz (133MHz) at:
1> Idle
2> Full load
Thank you. :-)

I don't know the answer to that one. Most of the temp questions seem to center on AMD on this forum.

i had the following temperatures at my
old P3 667 coppermine (perhaps it'll help you)
1. idle: 34 C
2. full: 39 C
using a standard intel fan on a slot 1 adapter card.
the case was cooled by two more fans.
i dunno much 'bout Pentium heat problems, but i guess
if it's below 55 C, there's no problem:-)
when you already reached 60 C, then i'd check the fan.
i run my AMD T'bird 1 GHz @ 47 C with a cheap Thermaltake fan
and a copperspacer. but this one becomes much hotter than
a P3, i guess!

I got pie!!!
I put the fan on upside down and fried mine.
