Early Tests Show Athlon XP 2000 Better than New P4

Are you listening Intel fans? Even with a 0.13 micron core and added cache the 'superior Petium 4' is still losing to the Athlon. The only thing that's proving superior about the P4 is the price!!
Are you going to say, "Yeah, but you need a $200 HSF to cool an Athlon so the prices are equal!" I think you all know how lame of a rejoiner that has been so give it a rest. The sad fact is that even I, a hard core AMD fan, believed that the superiority of the Athlon was doomed with the release of the northwood core. I think this shows how big an engineering mistake the P4 has been. But an arrogant company like Intel won't give up. They still sucker first time buyers with the Celeron. And they continue to sucker you, if u still think the P4 is a great CPU that is.

Is this even news? Who needs a benchmark to tell that the athlonxp is better than the pentium4?
