First off, I'm running W98 and IE4.01. The problem is that the Channels button doesn't work. At all. It's just greyed out. I think that's because in the favorites folder, the "Channels" subfolder is hidden for some bizzarre reason. I've tried unchecking that little "hidden" box lots of times, but after a reboot, it's hidden again. Same deal with the "Software Updates" folder. As well, the links that "product updates" and "online help" under the help heading takes me to different sites than it's supposed to. This can be changed in the registry, but I don't know the proper addresses. (I never should have installed that Sprint software. It screwed all this up, and had no uninstall feature.) Sorry his is so long, but I'm trying to be thorough. Well, any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
