Very low Sandra score on new Athlon?
Any idea why my new PC could be benchmarking much lower than it really ought to be?
Running Sandra, my PC is only clocking 5200-6200 MIPS, but then 4200MFLOPS, which is pretty much exactly where it should be (just over 15% faster than an older style 1.33Ghz dual Athlon).
Comparing it against the older style 1.33Ghz dual Athlons, it should be getting about 4200 MFLOPS (As it is getting), but closer to 8800 MIPS (about 40% higher than current scores and quite a bit behind the 1.33Ghz!).
Any ideas why this one score in particular should be lower... all the other multimedia scores are about 15-20% higher than the dual Athlon 1.33Ghz.
