    Max Ram temps

    Hi.
I have been looking around the forum, and the web searching for a sensible suggestion as to the max operating temp of RAM. I have 512 generic and it runs at 37C. I have a feeling this is a bit high.

    Can anyone suggest anything?

    Many thanks

I have an PQI 2x256MB and they run at 33-35C. The room temp is 22-23C. (~11-12C additional). Don't think it's too much.

At RAM specs it listed as 90C. Can it be ?
I didn't try to check the temp of my modules, but I believe it somewhere under 35C (256MB PC133 CAS2 Micron).
