AMD 1700 on FIC AD-11

I do not fully understand this..I have the cpu on the board with 256 DDR 2100 memory..the board says its default is 100..it works fine..I moved the jumper to support 133..now my pc restarts at various times..my USB camera seems to make it worst. The cpu runs at around 95F at 133mhz. I switched back to 100mhz...What could be causing the restarts? Thinking about getting more memory...also looking for some test to see if my system is fast as it should be but reporting low Gh. At 100mhz it's 1.09ghz...at 133mhz its 1.5 approx..Any ideas?

Maybe your RAM settings are too aggressive for 133 myhz.
