    Windows 2000 Service pack?

    If I buy win 2k off the rack today will it come with the service pack or do I have to download it?

    I don't think so usually they just come out with another OS like fe to se or 2k to XP would be my thinking.

    Probably not as rangeral said, but once you install Win2K, just run the Windows Update and it will tell you whether or not you need it. For my system it was about a 18MB download. This is with IE 6 installed already. Which may or may not make a difference. Also, Microsoft is up to SP 2 now.
