    I have K7VTA-pro, Athlon 900 W/512 Mb PC133, 30 GBMaxtor, 350 Watt PS Sony Burner, Creative CD-rom, 64MB Elsa Gladiac works Perfectly. System is not overclocked has yet to crash in 2 Months running Win98 SE. I better knock on wood!

    soyo motherboard

    I have one and have had no problems. I have a 266/1200 cpu and it's been very stable. If you can live without raid, go for it.
