Lightbulb ata 66 hard drive on ata 33 bios

Is it possible to do install a new ata 66 hard drive on an older system which only supports ata 33? Thanks for your help.

Thanks, but does it matter whether I use a 33 or 66 cable?

    I guess it wouldn't matter,but I would use the U66 cable if I had one (I have one,I use it,I have a U66 mainboard,but no U66 hd).
