    HDD problem...not enough free space

    i have 1.5Gig free space on c: directory however windows 98
    keep telling warning there is not enough free space when putting large(~100mg) files on it.
    tried customizing the virtual memory. still the warnings keep showing up.

    Are you running any software that monitors your system condition? Norton SystemWorks, for example, can generate warnings based on free drive space. If it's set too high it can generate a low disk space warning inappropriately.

    I'm sure there are other programs that do the same.

    Sorry, but hard drives are cheap... get another one...
