Can I download IE to install somewhere else?

I am trying to install McAfee av on my daughters machine and it won't install because IE is not ver 4.1. This machine has no internet access at the moment and I would like to download a later version of IE on my machine and put it on a cd to install on her machine. The only downloads I find want to do the install using the internet.. don't download the whole program, only a setup program.

Can anyone help me with this? I have done a search on "download ie" and found some sites that either download setup or are no longer availabe.

    Thanks, Chap

Thanks to you both! I didn't want to wait for a CD to be delivered, but I did download the files indicated by the link you provided. It worked just fine.

You guys are great> and thanks.

For future reference, usually there's also an option for "download for installation later" or something like that in the IEsetup.exe.
