Paper Ideas?

For my CS class we have to write two papers. One has to be on something kind of on the computer ethics and has to be about 3-5 pages. The other one has to be on the tech side with some journal articles to back it up and it has to be about 8-10 pages. Iam thinking about doing steganography and security for the small one, and doing something on Neural networks for the bigger one. I was wondering if anyone had some other thoughts on some interesting ideas to write about, and if anybody knew of good magizines as sources. I already know about ACM and IEEE any others?
