    NEWEGG, my favorite!
DIRECTRON, a little pricey, but lots of hard to find stuff.

Both of these sites have high ratings with RESELLERRATINGS.COM

    Newegg by far.
Besides cheap prices they are hassle free when it comes to returns. You cant say that for the rest.

Yes, The Computer Geeks--quite excellent, especially for someone starting out.

    A) They tell you whats probalmatic with what they sell so you're no surprised that it arrives missing this or that. Tells you the SW and HW limititations and constraints. Living embodyment that honesty is the best policy.

B)Sell older stuff which most other sites don't carry as well as newer stuff. Help keep older machines going. Can find odd stuff there, sometimes.

    C) Ship everything together.Don't underestimate this! Some sites if you buy three different things will ship seperately--and charge three seperate shipping charges. Shipping charges are moderate. ALWAYS check on shipping charges--no matter where you buy. Some places will sock you with outrageous shipping charges--may be profiting from them.

    D) Tell you if problem withcertain software/hardware. Often test stuff themselves. How many sites will bother to hurt sales by doing this?

    My favorite site.
