Question about Excel

Hi folks, I am using Excel 97. (OS = NT4)

I have a spreadsheet containing:

column1................................... column2
company name........... amount of money they sponsored us with

I would like to know who the top10 sponsors are, I tried making a bar chart, but it was impossible to read.

Any ideas ?

Highlight all data in both columns. Click on Data->Sort->Sort by the dollar figure column decending.
