    C++ and Win32

    Hi, I have a biggggg problem and it is this... I can't offord a version of VC++ but there are no sites to tell me how to make a graphical user interface with C++ (I use Borland C++ 5.5, if it helps). So please help or I will not be able to go any further with C++..

    P.S. I am currently trying to get hold of a version of C++

    No you don't. C++ already does GUI.

    http://www.borland.com/bcppbuilder/freecompiler/

    The page states:

    When you are ready to move up to the ultimate in complete C++ visual development productivity move to Borland C++Builder 5.
    Visual in Visual C++ descibes the IDE, not the language.

    works for me. Good luck, you're ego is fine, btw.

    Watch out for windows (gui, includes ALL controls/jobbers), events(things happening to jobbers on window) and scope and...

    I guess the rest is easy?
