    Well..
    Barton 2500+ with different OCs
    A7N8x Dlx
    PNY Ti 4200 -128Megs

    I only hit 12700... @2255 Mhz
    and 11910 @ 1838 Mhz

    3DMARK is quiete insensible to the overclock (unlike SiSoft Sandra or CPU MARK)....

    I guess it s my poor old Ti 4200 128M from PNY which is the source of this bad score isn't it ?

    Overclock your graphics card some and if you get a very healthy gain then it's probably your bottleneck. (actually I'm sure it's your bottleneck)

    where s the bottle neck ?

    I overclocked my Ti 4200 with the following parameters
    GPU = 290 (instead of 250)
    RAM= 590 (instead of 500)

    but my score dropped! ( I ve lost 100 points ) and most of all, defects appeared in the demos..

    the problem is that I changed detonator drivers 3 times, directx, i loaded/unloaded lots of components and now I am facing a problematic situation.. (I was so confident in what I was doing).

    Anyway, I backed-up a "reliable" config to rebuild something stable from the baseline.

    please, anyone can tell me best revisions on directx and detonator drivers for best scoring-running ?

    anyway.. I know there is no common point between ti4200 and ATI 9800....

    thank you!

    Tahst nti bad for a ti4200, in fact sounds abiout right, bear in mind on that rig with a r9800 pro you'll probably still only hit 16-17,000 marks

    Those scores are in the range I used to get with my 3200 xp and my old TI 4200, 128 meg.

    Cool, GP, got an NF7.

    Nice board. What vcore is your CPU running at? 2.5GHz at 1.85v is really awesome.

    I had to jack it up to 1.93 to get it stable. MBM 5 shows it as 1.87V.

    GeForce4 Ti 4600 128MB, 8xAGP
    AthlonXP 2700+
    512MB PC2700
    Epox 8rda+ (nForce2)
    80GB Western Digital HDD w/ 8MB cache

    My scores:

    CPU@default (2x166=2166MHz): 13753
    CPU@ 13.5x181=2443MHz: 14371

    I recently ran 3DMark01SE again, but this time the score dropped 700 points. I dont really know why. see here:
