What do custom-built computer companies like the ones mentioned in the title do to their systems that make them so specia? I know they do a little overclocking on both the CPU and the GPU, adjust the BIOS to optimize the setup, tuck the cables away from the airflow though the case, make the case and the monitor and everything your specified color... I guess what I'm asking is above getting high quality hardware, what do they do to their systems?

Also, I heard they paint their systems for colors except for black and white. Is that true? Is there anywhere there I could get brand name peripherals in colors?
