Whats a Really GOOD, But quiet fan for a 1.2 Gig Athlon
So far I a Vantec 62540D fan and a Vantec 6035 Fan. ****, these things are LOUD. Can anyone suggest a good, but quieter cooling fan?
Also, my temps range from 36-50c, is this safe for a 1.2 Athlon (200)

Noise control silverado's are expensive but they're very Quiet....
A more practical solution might be to look at Papst's fan. They're quiet but I don't believe they're overly expensive.

If you're willing to cut a hole in your case and properly mount one, a blower is very efficient at processor cooling. This article details Hoot's experiments and results doing this.

Shadowhaxor:
Consider a Taisol HSF assembnly. I've used a Tailsol with a copper insert, the thermal pad that came on it, and a quiet Sunon (26 CFM) fan on top with a couple different AMD CPUs. It also utilizes a triple-clasp connector which is far superior to the single clasp connector HSFs.

Good luck.

PS: My 1.33 @ 1.54 GHz ranged in temp from 80-125F full-load and my 1.4 GHz non-overclocked ranges in temp 80-95F full-load.

Thermaltake Volcano II will do the job. I have one on my 1.2 athlon @ 1.4, and cpu temp never exceeds 50c. They cost about 10 bucks.
