Chipset Fan on ASUS K7V 133

My friend is having a problem. His chipset fan has died, he bought a kit with a new one to replace it but in order to get to the screws that held down the last fan it appears he has to remove the heatsink, he cannot understand what to do.

None of us can figure out how to mount the fan on the chipset. So here's the question: Does anyone know how to replace the chipset fan on the ASUS K7V 133 board?

This is kind of hard to visualize!
Are the fans the same size?
How was the other fan held on?
If you can't figure out how to remove it easily do not try to pry it off!

I`m using the same MoBo, and when setting it up, I ripped the chip fan off. (Don`t ask me why.........) Well, I never put it back on, and it works just fine! (Using a AMD 1,33 ghz).
