    sony spressa crx 100e

    Hi guys!

I have a problem with my CDRW. I lost my HOTBURN disc for my Sony CDRW and the driver was with it. I tried to download the driver from sony website but it doesn't work! its for Windows 98 and I have Windows ME.

Any advice you can give me?

    Thanks in advance,

You don't need a "driver" for a CD burner but you do need the software to run it.

In your case, your burner came with Hotburn but you can use almost any software with the drive. In my case, I use Adaptec EZ CD Creator 4 Deluxe and it works fine with my Mitsumi burner.

It looks like you need to buy some burner software if you can't find the Hotburn CD.

thats exactly right as stated above me ^
if youre a beginner adaptec/roxio is not too shabby but if you have more of a feel and want a better piece of software for burning (in windows that is)
go with nero. thats just my opinion and i know alot of others share my feelings on that debate.

ps. direct cd is pretty cool though which is part of ezcd creator though.
