    protection error !!!! Ignore other two post

    My computer is locked up, "Iniitializing vkd windows protection error" thats what my computer say when it boots up ,then it says to reeboot but the problem is still there.

    Try in safe mode (with F8 when computers says starting win95). I think you have erased some files, remember what you do when win crashes. Try looking that vkd(vxd) in you harddrive. Or bring it other computers. When you install some new card try uninstall it. Or reinstall windows.

    I had the same problem with my computer. Try to increase your cpu core voltage a little.
