    Why the DMCA is dangerous

It is likely an unconstitutionally limititation of freedom of speach, too.

This is a great article and the author presents great arguments. A must read for those in the tech industry or those interested in enforcing and upholding the Constitution.

IMHO, in time, the powers that be will realize what a bad act the DMCA is as it stands now. That's not really what worries me. What worries me is all the little people, the intellectuals that don't have the resources to fight for their rights who get damaged or destroyed by this act in the meantime. These little people don't recover as well as the multi-billion dollar recording company that had it's coffers violated.
