    MS releases Windows CE code

    I think this would be a great development toward putting leaner, meaner OSes on older computers like 486s. It would take some working, but I think CE could be well-suited to older PCs that currently cannot run 32-bit software.

    one should read this with the legalese that
    M$ lawyers put into it even placeing it on your system or network would allow them control of the end product of YOUR efforts
