The newest craze in music swapping?

This service isnt free (well, atleast the site I found). But there is nothing that can be done to stop this "piracy" thats is going on in the internet, Napster is down but others are coming. One VERY intresting and SECURE alternative is "freenet" (http://www.freenetproject.org/). Hehehehehee!

Another good sharing program is Kazaa everything is free and there are a bunch of people on it. What I dont like is that you can DL anything. You might be trying to Dl a picture for your kids of Pokemon and end up with some porn. At least with napster I could let my kids Dl songs on their own. Check it out and let me know what you guys think.

From what I understand - FastTrack is actually KaZaA / Morpheus. I've been using Morpheus about a month now with some luck. The drawback is it's hard to find obscure songs (Frank Zappas Dynamo Hum) and, like Napster, it limits results to 100. Between KaZaA / Morpheus and Bearshare and Limewire I can still find what tunes I want.

Marcus, I downloaded and installed the Freenet but didn't have very much luck. The page kept getting timed out - course I hada boatload of downloads going on at the time. I also may have to configure it for my firewalls. I'll try later when I've got more time.
