Decrease boot time
For clarification, this is the tweak I speak of that is not listed in the article:
If you right click on My Computers, go to Properties. Click on the Performance tab. The click on File System Properties. The second tab says Floppy. Under it there is an option to check for a new floppy drive on every boot up. Since one RARELY changes or adds a floppy, you can disable this. Sorry I didn't state that better.
