I'm sure if the woman came up with $20,000,000 or so they would find a way to custom tailor a space suit.

Hmmm ...a journey to Mars using current technology with no women coming along? - count me out. A few arguments liven things up a bit, and how else will anyone be motivated to straighten the fuzzy horseshoe around the space toilet or remember to put the seat down.
