WOW ! This one really sux, scored higher with my i386
    1. Did you install all the updates from the Asus CD ?
    2. Try benchmarking without o/cing.
    3. What drivers do you use for your GF ?
    4. Did you run the "default" benchmark (640x480x16) ?

    Best Regards ...

Does that board has a Via chipset? If it does, try to install the latest 4 in 1 drivers!

My board has an Intel® 850 chipset.
The driver for my GF are:
    version 4.12.01.0650

I ran the benchmark at (1600*1200*32) I think.

My fault, default benchmark settings in 3DMark2001 are 1024x768x32, get confused with 3DMark200

Use latest updates for your motherboard, and try Det3 v12.90 drivers for the videocard, you currently have v6.50.
And run default benchmark, 1600x1200x32 is a bit high even for Ultra

Definitely update the drivers to 12.xx or greater....

BTW, 1600x1200x32 is a liitle extreme, especially for a GF-2 series card. A GeForce-3 or Radeon-II would be needed to sustain any reasonable score at this level.

    Duh!!! Sorry!
I should have been more careful!
I thought it was problems with Via chipset... didn't noticed he had a P4!!!!
